4. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be communicated to clients prior to engagement. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between WebFilaments and the client. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

WebFilaments retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Services provided, including but not limited to designs, code, and documentation. Clients are granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebFilaments be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the provision of services upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.
